Inspired by traditional Italian Espressos, this coffee features a smooth profile, and slightly sweet taste, with a wine like aftertaste. Inspired by the historic IMOLA raceway in Italy known formally as “Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari” (after Ferrari Founder Enzo Ferrari and his son Dino), and informally as “The Cathedral of Speed” for its long straightaways and high-speed corners. It was the site of the Formula 1 San Marino Grand Prix for years, in addition to a multitude of other automotive and motorcycle racing events. Flavors of dark cherry and cacao.

Great at great temps

The imola is excellent! Needs to be real hot but if too hot it becomes a touch bitter. The flavor comes more and more at every sip.

Well Balanced

Coffee is very light and flavorful. Keeps me going all day and does not have the crash of other high caffeine coffees. Highly recommended. Can't wait to try another blend!
